Saison Of Love
Dry Hopped Saison
Saison of Love is the first beer to be brewed, unchanged. Having all the characteristics of a classic saison (you know the funk) but dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc to give a more prominent fruity/white wine essence to the beer. One that is liked by the wife.

Brann's House Cream Ale
American Cream Ale
Originally brewed for a friends wedding in 2018, I needed a beer that would cater for the 'Lager Drinkers' not having the equipment at the time I settled to do a cream ale, that's fermented at ale temps. Now become a 'Core Range' using Anspach and Hobday's The Cream Ale as inspiration. Could even try different hops next time.

Thai PandA Ale
American Pale Ale with Kaffir Lime Leaves
Taking pointers from BYO magazine's article on Award Winning Home brew APA recipes and using Denali hops for the first time Thai PandA Ale was born, brewed to mimic the Staggeringly Good's Thairannocitrus! Thai PandA Ale but only just came out a supercharged version!
